What do publishers do? – an alternative treatment
Regular readers of this post will know that Monographer has been running an occasional series entitled ‘What does a publisher do?’. The first post was on 10 December 2011 and the most recent was on 19 July.
The book series deals with book publishing and treats a number of topics discursively. An alternative approach is provided in a post on the Scholarly Kitchen blog entitled ‘A proposed list – 60 things journal publishers do’.
As the title suggests, The post focuses on journals, rather than books, and aims for breadth rather than depth. For a link to the post, click here.
