Serious book proposals (III): contents
I don’t need to say much here. Contents is the bit of a proposal that most professional or academic authors write best.
A paragraph per chapter should do it.
In the proposed table of contents, do remember to list the components of the front matter (e.g., foreword, acknowledgements, table of figures) and end pages (e.g., bibliography, index).
PS Be the person who spells ‘foreword’ correctly (so not ‘forward’)!
